Ferme la Carotte Sauvage is a small family farm nestled in the mountains of Bolton-Est in the Eastern Townships. They farm on a small-scale operation, emphasizing manual labor and using minimal fossil fuels. All their operations are chosen with respect for the environment, as they are committed to maintaining the balance of the agroecosystem of which we are all a part. Their crops include edible and cut flowers as well as a variety of vegetables.
